The Health & Fitness Suite is a programme of regular and affordable
healthy living and fitness activities for local residents, offering split male and female sessions. Providing state of the art facilities with both cardio vascular and weight resistance machines with a range of free weights. The facility also includes a 14 seated sauna and steam room.
